We are excited to invite you to apply to our upcoming Spring Pop Up Market & Open House happening May 24-25th, 2025.

The two-day Spring Pop Up Market & Open House will be held in the Toronto Potters Studio in conjunction with Doors Open (a Toronto-wide event) and the Youngplace ArtHub Art Fair. All participants will be required to sign-up for at least two volunteer shifts. We will also be providing artist demonstrations over the weekend as part of the studio Open House & building-wide Art Fair.
Pottery Drop Off times:
May 22 (Thursday) 7-8pm or May 23 (Friday ) 12pm-4pm
Sale Set Up: May 23 (Friday) 4pm-8pm
Sale/Open House times:
May 24 (Saturday) 10 am-4 pm
May 25 (Sunday) 10 am – 4 pm
Tear Down Pottery Pick Up
May 25 (Sunday). 4pm-8pm
STANDARDS:
Please download and review the Toronto Potters standards Guideline by CLICKING HERE Any items not fitting the standards may be removed from the sale.
PRICING & SALES:
All artwork must be clearly and individually priced and marked with the artist sales code, which will be provide to you. All prices must be rounded to the nearest dollar. There is a $10 minimum price for all work sold at the event. All sales will be processed through Toronto Potters and a 10% commission will be retained.
QUALIFICATIONS:

By applying to the Toronto Potters Spring Pop-Up Sale you agree to:
Bring your best items for display and sale. This event is designed as a gallery event to showcase Toronto Potters and its members to the public.
Abide by the Toronto Potters Sale Standards & Guidelines
Give permission to Toronto Potters to use your submitted photos for publicity purposes.
Give permission to Toronto Potters to handle payments, final reconciliation and payout to participants by e-transfer
Participate in event set up (ie. deliver your items), and take down (ie. pack up your unsold items and remove them), as well as work your selected/assigned shifts during the event .
Promote the event through your social media accounts leading up to the sale
