About us.

Since 1979, Toronto Potters has organized and provided opportunities to its membership for the learning, development, engagement and support of the ceramic arts.

Toronto Potters was founded in 1979 as a non-profit, volunteer-run association, with a member base that expands beyond the city of Toronto.

For over four decades the association has been committed to the organizing and sponsorship of clay-related activities that contribute to the artistic growth of its members.

These Toronto Potters Association activities include meetings with guest speakers, annual sales of members’ work, juried biennial exhibitions, sponsored workshops, a newsletter and a website to connect our members, promote their work and provide the GTA ceramics community with information regarding events, classes and workshops.

We offer an inclusive and supportive ceramic community. Association Membership is open to ceramic artists of varying ages, experience levels and styles.
