Natalie Waddell is a Canadian ceramic artist and educator based in Toronto. 

Her practice is driven by the love of process and the exploration of heritage and memory through clay.

A student of the Sheridan College Ceramic Craft and Design program (2003), she is known for her functional and sculptural work and her active participation in local ceramic and arts communities and associations.

Artist Statement

I create unique and precious porcelain objects handcrafted to enhance your life and home. With emphasis on functional forms I love to know the pieces I make can be used in regular day to day life. Each item I make is designed and decorated to connect function and art. I truly believe using handmade objects in our daily lives brings a sense of connection, grounding and appreciation for work, art and nature.
