Spring Markets - Call for Applications
We are excited to invite you to apply to our two Markets happening this Spring in the Toronto Potters Studio.
April 25 - 26th
&
May 23 - 24, 2026
(in conjunction with Doors Open Toronto)

Sunday March 15th, 2026 11:45pm
Members can apply to participate in either or both of the markets. All participating artists are required to sign up for a minimum of two volunteer shifts per event. We will be featuring artist demonstrations and activities during both sale events to showcase the amazing creativity and skilled work of our artists while we open our doors to the public!
April Market & Open house
Pottery Drop Off times:
April 23rd (Thursday) 7 - 8pm or April 24th (Friday ) 12pm - 4pm
Sale Set Up: April 24th (Friday) 4pm - 8pm
Sale/Open House times:
April 25th (Saturday) 10am – 5pm
April 26th (Sunday) 10am – 5pm
Tear Down & Pottery Pick Up
April 26th (Sunday) 5pm - 8pm

STANDARDS:
Please download and review the Toronto Potters Sale Standards & Guidelines by CLICKING HERE. Any items not fitting the standards may be removed from the sale.
PRICING & SALES:
All artwork must be clearly and individually priced and marked with the artist sales code, which will be provided to you. All prices must be rounded to the nearest dollar. There is a $10 minimum price for all work sold at the event. All sales will be processed through Toronto Potters and a 10% commission will be retained.
QUALIFICATIONS:

By applying to the Toronto Potters Winter Pop-Up Sale you agree to:
- Bring your best items for display and sale. This event is designed as a gallery event to showcase Toronto Potters and its members to the public.
- Abide by the Toronto Potters Sale Standards & Guidelines.
- Give permission to Toronto Potters to use your submitted photos for publicity purposes.
- Give permission to Toronto Potters to handle payments, final reconciliation and payout to participants by e-transfer.
- Participate in event set up (ie. deliver your items), and take down (ie. pack up your unsold items and remove them), as well as work your selected/assigned shifts during the event .
- Promote the event through your social media accounts leading up to the sale.
Space in our Studio Market is limited so apply early!
All applications received after the spaces are filled will be automatically added to the waitlist.
